In need of a total-body workout fast?

This workout will only take you a minimum of 6 minutes! BOOM!!

What You'll Need: A medicine ball. Mine is 6 lbs, but please select a weight that works for you. It can be easy to go too heavy on the Halo Chop, so I recommend starting lighter and going heavier as needed. 

The Moves:

  1. Quarter Moon Squat (1 min)
  2. Reverse Lunge to Deadlift to Overhead Press (1 min each side)
  3. Halo Chop (1 min)
  4. Pushup with Medicine Ball Pass (1 min)
  5. Plank with Medicine Ball Dribbling (1 min - get creative with switching arms & ball position while holding a strong plank!)

How To Do This: Perform each move for 1 minute and swiftly move to the next exercise. After you've gone through everything once, take a 30-60 second recovery and repeat for 2-3 total sets.
