POST-WORKOUT FULL BODY STRETCH ROUTINE

The few minutes at the end of your workout are a perfect time to focus on your flexibility with static stretching! Try these stretches to improve the flexibility of your entire body. 

How To Do This:

  • Perform each of the following stretches for 30 seconds each, then repeat. 
  • You should get to a point in the stretch that causes slight discomfort, not pain. If you feel any pain in your muscles, ease your way back on the stretch. If you feel any sharp pain in any of your joints when performing these stretches, consult a doctor.
